Grief & Loss
Grief and loss are an inevitable, inescapable part of living. At some point in our lives, we all lose someone we love either through death or separation. After the initial shock, we are faced with all sorts of decisions and having to adjust to a new life without our loved one.
Low self-esteem is characterised by a lack of confidence and feeling badly about oneself. People with low self-esteem often feel unlovable, awkward, and regularly compare themselves to others. They feel judged so they are afraid to be their true self.
Cams Suicide Prevention Training
Evelyn showed me a lot of techniques on how to identify myself or how to understand what is going on in my life so I can see things from a lot of different angles, using writing, Russian dolls, putting out things on paper, getting a different perspective through different theoretic models that she had shown me. I can say that it has been a completely positive experience for me, even if I felt uncomfortable sometimes or had the feeling that not saying anything would have been easier for me, but that was just my old way, it was so good for me to let go of so many things. I really enjoyed the breathing techniques and the holistic approach Evelyn had.
